Seagrass Restoration
Since 2001 our commitment has been to restore 122 hectares of seagrass on the northern boundary of our operation. We are collaborating with restoration ecologist, John Statton from The University of Western Australia, on a new Australian Research Council grant. The project aims to assess the viability of restoring seagrass from collected seeds. In addition to the restoration of the seagrass, we aim to increase our general understanding of the marine system close to the project.
